We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on SinceFeed Pro. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, including the first payment of a monthly or annual plan and any renewal payment.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address on your receipt, or contact us at support@sincefeed.com and we'll help.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro features until the end of the current billing period. See the Paddle Buyer Terms and our Terms of Service for more.
